Starburst started out life one fall as I was creating
holiday ornaments. I cut small scraps of stone into thin slices,
grind them into interesting shapes, drill a hole in them, and
polish them up. In this case, I continued by taking a flock of
white alabaster pieces shaped in triangles and glued them together
to create this shape. A bit of fishing line to hang it with and
it made a great ornament or sun catcher.
