Carved from alabaster, Green Lady was also called Layers
because of the way it shows off the layering of the stone as it shades
from green to red, with some white and orange thrown in for good measure.
I like this piece because it shows off the stone so well and yet still
allowed me to create something interesting.
Don't let the lean fool you. It's quite stable, and like most of
my work the bottom is felted so it can be placed anywhere.
Dimensions:
12 inches tall, 9 inches wide, and 12 inches deep.
