Dinosaur Bone Dinosaur Bone Dinosaur Bone
Carved all with files from a small piece of soap stone, this was my very first stone carving. All I was trying to do was understand how stone worked and get some sense of what the tools were capable of.

I took it to an art show, figuring I'd use it as an example of an early carving and how to get started. I put a price on it, though, and it sold. I was both amazed and appreciative.

Dimensions: Approximately 6 inches long.

Sold.
