| Two military helicopters (from the Nevada national guard, I think) are coming in to land at the helibase. You can get a sense of the scope of the operation. I think there were something like six civilian (contract) helicopters working this fire, two CDF (now called CAL FIRE) units, and four military copters as well, along with various fixed wing aircraft. It was a big incident. | ||||
